How To Obtain Your ASPEN Parent Portal Information

Greetings Parents/Guardians,

 

During the 2014-2015 school year, Richmond Public Schools adopted a new online student information system featuring a new teacher gradebook and Aspen Parent Portal.  Access to this new system was made available to select schools during the second semester as part of our pilot phase.  We are pleased to be able to provide access to all parents this school year.  With this new system, access to student grades and information will be available to parents through a single online system. 

 

Access to the parent portal system will be available to parents/guardians beginning October 12, 2015. In order to receive your Aspen Parent Portal information you are required to come in person to TJ’s main office and present proper identification.

 

Please note that hard copies of interim grading reports and standard report cards will be issued through the year as previously scheduled.  Please visit the district’s website at http://web.richmond.k12.va.us/ or your child’s school website for progress/grade reporting dates.  The Aspen Parent Portal is intended to be an additional communication tool for parents to stay informed and engaged in their child’s progress throughout the school year. We are committed to supporting your child’s academic success.
